Kunal Kamra isn't backing down. After T-Series slapped the comedian with a copyright infringement notice for his use of a song in his stand-up special 'Naya Bharat,' Kamra has launched a scathing counterattack.

The music label claims Kamra's use of 'Bholi Si Surat Aankhon Masti' from the film 'Dil To Pagal Hai' in his act violates their copyright. However, Kamra argues his use falls under fair use, as it was a parody and he didn't use the original lyrics or instrumental.

In a message dripping with sarcasm, Kamra accused T-Series of being a "stooge." He warned that if his video is taken down, it could set a dangerous precedent, potentially leading to the removal of countless cover songs and dance videos on YouTube.

The copyright claim has resulted in Kamra's video being blocked on YouTube, preventing him from generating any revenue from it. This latest controversy adds fuel to the fire surrounding Kamra's comedy, which often tackles sensitive social and political issues.
